Trophy

There's an annual Nethack tournament that runs through the month of November. I played a character through to the end and won a 'trophy' for the highest scoring Knight. Perhaps the most impressive thing is that I only played one game. Since you can't save and there are many things that can instantly kill you, it's common to have to try many times before getting very far in the game.
I guess this mostly highlights the fact that I'm a geek who wasted a bunch of time chopping on &'s and @'s while collecting *'s. Anyway... back to work.
