Here is Emily at the jumping castle, which she waited for for 15 minutes before being allowed to enter and then stayed in for about a minute and a half, crouched on the floor the whole time because she was afraid to stand up.
She was excited to see this picture because it included so many of her favorite people (that's you, Nanna, Deet, Eeyi, Ehder, Benjamin, and Kristen).
Joseph was excited to participate in the chicken dance competition. He was very enthusiastic. So enthusiastic that a friend asked me if he was intoxicated. I stammered a reply, probably something along the lines of, "Who, that man? I have no idea who that even is!" He ended up being called up onto the stage and was awarded a chicken hat.
It is probably the strangest headwear we have in the apartment. The kids love it though. It has a random pouch inside that contained a "fortune" for the wearer: Kind deeds are marks of goodness. And here is Emily with her latest hoard. It really is getting out of control. Any room she chooses to settle in is instantly filled with her special toys. She needs a lesson in sharing.
