Homemade Bread

Joseph bought me a couple of bread pans for Christmas, so I have been putting them to use. I've been experimenting with different bread recipes to find one that I like. Yesterday I made "Amish White Bread" and I loved it! It had the homemade bread taste but it was soft and fluffy like the store-bought kind. It might be the recipe I stick with.
PS - Jared and Suzie, Emily LOVES your gifts. Here she is simultaneously cradling her basketball and playing her piano with her foot.

I'm trying to get Amanda to post pictures of her playing the piano with her feet.

Good job on your bread making, Amanda! I'd love for you to post the recipe. It looks gorgeous. I have only baked bread a few times and I'm not the best at it, but got a wheat grinder for my birthday (I know, exciting, huh?) and would love to put some of my wheat to use. This loaf looks perfect!

Very very nice bread! You always did make the best bread. I'm jealous...

Well, it's been a while, but here's a link to the recipe I used: http://www.recipezaar.com/26526
Two downsides - it calls for yeast in ounces and it takes forever to make. I found that 1/4 ounce of yeast is about 2-1/2 tsp. Besides that, fantastic recipe!

Thank you! I'll give it a try sometime.
