Which will he choose?

Today, for our outing, Emily and I decided to go to the mall. It's a good interesting place for both mommy and baby. And it's air-conditioned. While we were there we decided to get something for Joseph. Joseph is not a jeans person and I have always tried to convince him that they are an important article of clothing to have in your closet. Very versatile. Joseph protests that slacks are much more comfortable. So today, Emily and I chose five pairs of jeans in his size and brought them home for him to try on. Maybe we went overboard. I don't know anything about mens' jeans so had no idea which brands were good. Suggestions would be much appreciated. Anyway, the pair on the closest corner of the bed are his old jeans, the ones he doesn't like.So tonight when Joseph gets home, we are going to see if he really does like jeans and just has never tried the right pair on. It's a scientific experiment, the results of which I will post later.

I like pair at 4:00. They are similar to the ones that Stephanie bought for me, but the hardest part by far was getting the right cut. I like the feel of slacks too, but I needed something with which I could wear some less-formal shoes.

I chose the pair at 8 o'clock or so. I like them. I feel like I look weird in them, but they're a lot more comfortable than the $12 pair of cardboard jeans I already owned. There's no way they'd stand up to the same kind of abuse though; they're too soft for roof work. Unfortunately, I don't really have less formal shoes besides running shoes, hiking shoes, and sandals. New jeans like this won't be a frequent practice, however. Only one or two of my suits cost more than these pants... but it's tough to get good jeans from Savers.

my friend thought is was weird that i didn't ever wear jeans. (i believe he thinks it's one of the reasons i'm not married.) so he had his wife take me shopping for jeans. we found a couple pairs at Ross that i liked. i wear them a lot now, so i think it was just a matter of finding the right fit for me, too.
